Payment Terms
A VAT of 25% is included in all prices. No additional fees apply beyond those listed in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.
Card Payment
• Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and proceeded to checkout, you will need to enter your personal details or log in.
• Please ensure that all your card details are correct before proceeding with your purchase!
• The amount will be reserved on your card (this means you will not have access to the funds, but they have not yet been withdrawn).
Rörets never stores any details related to your card! All information is transmitted securely and encrypted via SSL/HTTPS-protected servers. You can verify the security of your browser connection by checking that the address bar starts with https:// (normal traffic uses http://).
Rorets.se processes personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). This means that personal data is protected under the relevant processing conditions.
All card payments are processed through the payment gateway (Debitech), which complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol for secure data transfer over the Internet (or other networks). SSL was developed by Netscape Communications and has now become the industry standard.
How SSL Works:
A protocol is a set of rules and procedures for handling information (data). The SSL protocol encrypts data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. When the data reaches the recipient, SSL restores it to its original order, verifies the sender’s identity (Server Authentication), and ensures that the data has not been altered during transmission (Message Integrity).
SSL Certificates:
SSL uses digital certificates to verify the sender and receiver of data transfers. A digital certificate links information about an individual or organization to a public key, ensuring security.
• All SSL certificates for the internet are managed by certified certificate issuers, ensuring that all SSL certificates are unique and properly issued. Anyone applying for an SSL certificate must verify their identity before purchasing one.
• For consumers, the only requirement to use SSL is that their browser supports it. The two most common browsers, Google Chrome and Firefox, have supported SSL for many years. SSL must also be enabled in the browser’s settings.

Terms of Purchase

• If you are under 18 years old, parental consent is required to place an order.
Unclaimed Packages
For all packages that are not collected, a fee of 149 SEK will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs, return shipping, and handling.
If you change your mind after your package has been shipped, you must still collect the package from the pickup pointand return it to us. Unclaimed packages will be automatically registered as
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
Please check your order confirmation carefully! If anything is incorrect, contact Customer Service immediately.
• We recommend keeping your order confirmation for future reference.
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.
• As we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.uncollected and subject to the fee.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
• The normal delivery time from rorets.se is 2–4 business days.
• Some products may have a longer delivery time during peak seasons or periods of high demand.
Returns & Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
At rorets.se, we naturally want you to be satisfied with your product. That’s why you always have an open purchase and a right of withdrawal for 14 days, which is in accordance with the statutory withdrawal period. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original condition, i.e., unused. Always include the original packaging and any brand tags. If a product has been incorrectly shipped or is faulty, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Credit/Debit Card
When you have paid with a credit/debit card, we will refund the money to your account. Please note that the money will be refunded to the same card that was used for the original order.
Complaints
We guarantee that the products you order are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped product, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days if the item is damaged upon delivery. We will, of course, cover the shipping costs for incorrect deliveries and complaints.
